Mr. Powell was completing 4 years of excellent Service at Lucan and was also Chairman of Exeter District. He was invited to Esser for next ConEerenoe year, The rev, gentleman was pastor at Brussels for 4 years and served the church loyally and will be long remembered. Play until time was up was keen throughout, each team playing well for the beginning of the season. Brussels have one of the best line ups they have bad for years and should be encouraged by large attendance at games.
