Growth
Many customers who
started as small deposi-
tors or borrowers in The
Bank of Nova Scotia are
now among the country's
largest concerns.
They have grown with
the bank, and the bank
has grown with them.
The Bank has helped
them, byesound and care-
ful service, to grow, and
as their business increas-
ed so also did that of the
bank.

While business conditions generally are
not of the best, our particular line has
been quite uv to the mark. Retail mete
eantile conditions have not improved in
the city as greatly as was expected and I

Kerr and yourself and we both trust
that Tux Pos'r will continue to flourish,
with yourself at the helm for yours to
come, Yours sincerely,

road. Mr. and Mrs. Hill and 2 young
ladies from Fordwich, called on A, 1

for horns when they met a horse and
rig coming at a pretty fast rate, 'Mr,
Hill did hie beat to avoid it, but the
horse jumped across the Corner of the
ear and loft the buggy hanging on the
fender. It was dieoovered that horse
belonged to Stewart Lovell, had brolt-
