Yon might note change of address to 547A St. Clair Avenue, West, We have been in our new offices since last September but ibe old address did not prevent Tax Peer reaching me weekly and I am glad in- deed tbat such was the case. I am con- vinced that THE POST is probably ap- preciated to a greater extant by ex-Erus. selites than by bona fide residents. Charlie and 1 take a good deal of pleas- ure and profit by reading it weekly. While business conditions generally are not of the best, our particular line has been quite uv to the mark. Retail mete eantile conditions have not improved in the city as greatly as was expected and I believe this is also true in the country. People are undoubtedly holding off on the certainty that prices are going to drop still lower in the near future atnl doubtless this is quite correct.
