Brass,—Mrs, Blue, relict of the late Donald Blue, died at the home of her eon.in-law, John Moffatt, Queen street, Blyth, on Tuesday after- noon of last week, at five o'olock. The cause of death was heart failure, which had troubled her seriously for the pest four months. Deceased was in the 90th year of her ago. Her sight and faculties were perfect and she never used spec- tacles, being able at all tithes to read the smallest print. Mrs, Blue was born on the Island of Arran, Scotland, and oamo to Canada with her husband and fancily in 1849, settling in Megantic County, Quobeo. In 1855 they removed to On- tario, settling in Huron township. They travelled by railway to Owen Sound and walked from there to Huron township, onrrying their provisions with them. Seven years ago deceased came to Blyth and has sinoe resided with Mr, and Mrs. Moffat. Two sone and three daughters are living, viz. :—Donald, Huron town• ehip ; Dogald, North Dakota ; Mrs, Wil. teats. Chicago ; Mre. Moffatt, Blyth ; aid Mrs. MoOriodle, Northwest Teri. tovv. Mee.
