INAelruon as most of the voters' lista in
the Plavin09 of Ontario are not revised
nutil September or October each year,
there is a likelihood that if the Dominion
Hoaee is dissolved and an early date
appointed for the nomination and polling,
the Hata to be used in most of the eon-
etituenoies will be those for 1903. Ace
cording to the Btabgteo 60 days must
elapse between the date of aertifioetion of
the liete and the date of nomination. If
only four weeks' notice of the elections is
given, and that is the general impreesion
of what will happen, only those ridings
where the revieiun ie done early in the
year will be able to nae the 1904 lista.
