A horse owned by David Walker, of Howick, which was tied to a post on Main street, became frightened at some paper, broke loose and made a lively run. Deceased was bran in Kitley, One, and came to this section of country in 1850. 'Her maiden name was Jaue Ann McGee, and in 1856 she tees united in marriage to her now bereft husband.
