Couas and Mtttoreas. Their mines all
signify that they originated in the
sunny lauds along the beautiful blue
Mediterranean.
Of these wonderful tribes of white
egg layers the Miuorcas have won the
distinction of haying the hargest egg.
Of the Minorrus there are three vari
eties--Single Comb Bluck, Siugle Comb +
White, Rose Clotub Black, While a
Rose Comb White has been bred by
some, it has never been popular nor
standard. The single combs are very
large, and an objection is that they
often freeze,
While proper caro will often carry;
them through the winter unscathed,
of course the Rose Comb has an advan='
