moved?
Was it for better facilities? NO !
The new location does not have the room to utilize the equipment already purchased or donated.
Was it for health reasons? IVO!
This new move is exposing our children and other patients to a greater risk of cross -infection.
Will they get out in case of fire? Possibly Not!
They are the farthest away 'from any fire exit and also two storeys up leaving window escape more difficult.
Was there d choice? YES!
If more room was needed on the first floor they could have moved Word B. The patients and the needs of these patients are similar
to those on the second floor and no alterations would have to be made.
How do YOU feel?
-This move was made against the wishes of the nursing staff and apparently did not even have full medical staff support.
We fe6l:.
This movr affects the whole community and should have been brought to the attention of the public or at least the board's attention
before the move was mode.
Is this still the •year of the child?
Please write to The Advance -Times before Dec. 19 in order to let your views be known, (or Wingham Kinettes Club, Box 11194)
We still have a chance to stop it!
We must stop this change before the poediatrits section hos been converted for other purposes, making it Impossible to be re-
opened as a hospital ward.
