TME ARE THE ARMES OF THE NIGHT
Down-Towners, Bob Foxton BP
and Lloyds, ended up tied for top
spot and each picked up five
points. There was another tie for
third spot between CKNX and
Western Foundry and, rounding
out the teams, Ruttan's Raiders
with papa Bob missing picked up
one point.
__^'
Dow-lkdgar continued in fine
form with a 36 for low gross while
fellow teammate Grant Coultes
took low net with a 25.
Standings after three weeks
are: Down-Towners, 17; Bob
Foxton BP, 14; Lloyd's 101,2;
Western Foundry, 81/2; Ruttan's
Raiders, 7; CKNX, 6
Come on CKNX, lets get more
members out! And by the way,
Ross Hamilton sure puts faith in
CKNX weather forecasts as with
the first drops of rain on the third
hole he picked up his ball and
headed for home. If he had
completed the round his team
might have picked up more
points.
SUNDAY MORNING ACTION
As early as 8 a.m. they were on
the tee ready to go with more
than 50 participating. Jim
Henderson picked up the low net
(after deducting the hidden hole)
of 31. Other prize winners were
