being a bridal shower display.

word here that Mrs. Arnold Ed-
wards died at her home in Saska-
toon, Friday, Sept. 17 in her 53rd
year. She was the only daughter
of Mrs. Eunice Harris and the
late Carl Harris, formerly of the
Fordwich area. The body rested
at the Saskatoon Funeral Home
until Wednesday, Sept 22 when
service was held in Knox Church
there followed by burial in Saska-
toon Cemetery.
Boys, don't forget that tubs
will be starting on Wednesdav
Sept. 29 in the Fordwich United
Church basement. Parents who
have boys ages 8-11, who are in-
terested, are asked to get in con-
tact with Mrs. Phyllis Haverfield,

visited Saturday with Mr. and
Mrs. Dave Smith at Preston.
Grant Miller is presently con-
fined to the Hospital For Sick
Children in Toronto.

Everitt Cooper was a recent
visitor with cousins at Victoria
Harbour.
Murray Wilson, who had spent
the past month with his grand-
mother, Mrs. Florence Wilson,
left Thursday from Trenton for

Army for the next four years.

returned from a three weeks' trip
to Bulgaria and Austria. While
there they attended the Plovidiv

medal for interest shown in the

adians to visit Jambol, Bulgaria.
