Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the corp'oratjpn of the Town of Wingham in°'
tends to construct a sanitary sewer on Patrick
Street West, between a point approximately
five feet east of York Lane and the trunk sewer
`, along the old railway right-of-way immediately
west of William Street as a local improvement
and intends to specially assess a part of the
----cost-upon-the-land-abutting directly on the work-,
and upon the following land that is immediately
benefited by the work; that is, fifty feet west of
/ork\Lane on Patrick Street.
The estimated cost of the work is $1;0,290.
of which $4,023.60 is to be paid by the Cor-
poration, and the estimated cost per meter
frontage is $47.15 ($14.37 per foot). The
special assessment is to be paid in five annual
installments.
