The second period was
scoreless as both teams
played a close -checking

came up with two big saves,
one while sitting down, on the

close range. McNair then
came up with a glove catch

stopped Donaldson after a

Gamble had his best stop

It appeared the series
would return to Walkerton
for game seven but as the
home club made a valiant
attempt to even things Clint
Petteplace was caught
trying' to freeze the puck in
the Walkerton , crease and
Wingham was awarded a
penalty shot on the call.
Larry Donaldson was picked
to take the shot.
However, while the Iron -
men were deciding ,.who
should take the shot McNair
was called to the beach. That
move proved to be a big mis-
take. Because McNair left
the goal and went to the
bench he was not allowed to
return and his backup man,
Steve Elliott, was forced to
go in cold. Donaldson picked
up the puck at center ice

from the top of the left face-
off circle. The Black Hawks
tried to even the score but
came up short and the Iron -
men won another thriller 3-2
before a large crowd in
Wingham.
Larry --'Donaldson was the
first star with two goals, one
of which was the game
whiner. Greg McNair was
the second star, stopping 26
' of 28 shots for the Black
Hawks. Doug Gamble was
the third star stopping 26 of
28 shots while earning the
win for the home' team.
Herb Zippel coach of the
Walkerton club was the
winner of the 50-50 draw.

The second was all about

people who own property on
the Bruce Trail. It also
talked to the man who

of the hikers who use it.
We also got another
