A bylaw prohibiting the, littering of refuse and debris on private and public property without permission of the property owner or occupant was passed during the meeting. Those •con- victed of Littering will be subject to 'a fine of between $50 and $500. Another bylaw was passed recognizing .,the Morris Recreation Committee as being under the 'Ministry of Culture and Recreation Act, 1975. It was changed from the regulations of Ontario off 1970. The committee consists of seven people — five council members and two ratepayers. During the meeting it was reported that debris and con- crete had been placed in a surface inlet of the Coultas Municipal Drain..
