Scope of Work: Earthworks, Granulars and Asphalt for the WINGHAM COMMUNITY AIRPORT in the Township of Morris adjacent to the eastern limits of the Town of Wingham. This is a new airport development with major contract items including: Earth Excavation - 120,000 m3 Granular `B' - 52,000 tonne Granular 'A' - 25,500 tonne Asphalt - 5,200 tonne Plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the ,,Engineer; Paragon Engineering Limited, 311 Goderich Street, Box 1600, Port Elgin, Ontario, NOH 2CO3 (519-389-4343) for a non-refundable fee, payable to Paragon Engineering Limited, of $50.00 (GST included). A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of $100,000.00 and an Agreement to Bond must accompany each Tender. The `successful Tenderer will be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labour and Material Payment Bond or a Letter of Credit in the amount of 100% of the tendered value upon execution of the Contract. A pre-bid site inspection will be held for all interested contractors on Thursday, August 3, 1995 at 10:00 a.m. at the Armouries. A general meeting will be held at the Armouries in the Town of Wingham followed by a site tour. TEST PITS WILL BE EXCAVATED DURING THE SITE MEETING. Mrs. Wall, the former Marjorie Arthur, was a teacher in Kinloss, Culross and Hullett townships be- fore her marriage. The couple has five children: Da- vid of Orillia; Marion Hewitt and her husband Eric of Armow; Janice Hewitt and her husband Ron of RR 2, Kincardine; Doug and his wife Wilma of Mississauga and Bryan and his wife Shirley Anne of Wal- kerton.
