Stmuner will soon be upon us. It's time to think
about the recreation programs in which you would
'like to get involved to make your leisure time much
awe -enjoyable. The staff and committee members
oftheRecreafion Department have been busy bring-
ingyou new, innovative programs along with some
old favourites for the summer of '89. 1 want to take
this4portunity to wish everyone a great summer
loaded with lots of fun -filled activity.

DAYCAMPS
This year the Recreation Department will offer three
summer daycamp programs. Each daycamp will run

for a two-week period:: Red- Cross wliiimhig
lessons will be included in the &ramps on a daily
basis. Therefore parents do not need to :register their
childretillif4wininiing lessons while tliey are
enrolled fiffite'daycamps. f
DAYCAMPPEES

$45.00 for two week session per child. :This fee
includes the cost of swimming lessons. hinnies
with more than two children enrolled in a daycamp
session niateritbll participant's siblings in the same
session ar$30.00' per additional &Dd.

CAMP GEAR

Daycarnpers are asked to bring a lunch„ two bever-
ages, snack, a hat, rain gear, wear co/WO/table 'cloth-
ing and running shoes.

DAYCAMP TIMES 1
Each dayeamp session will rurt for two weeks from
Monday to Friday from 900 a.m. to 330 p.m.

Session #1,- July10 to July 21
Session #1- July 24 to August 4
Session #3 - August 7 to August 18
CRAFTS N' THINGS
Please save any articles that would be useful for
camp crafts, such as: e. _ cartons, paper towel rolls,
scrap paper, felt; thread, string, construction paper,
beads, material, plastic containers, popside sticks,
etc.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration will take place Tuesday, June 6 -

from 12:00 noon - 5:00 p.m.; Wednesday and

6. REPVI\TD POLICY:
-.)1. If the itecreation DeOartment decides that
a program cannot ke given, the full amount
of the fee paid win be refunded.
2. If an individual decides to withdraw,
he/she must notify the Recreation Depart-
ment prior to the commencement of the sec-
ond day of the program. Thearegistration fee
r less a $4.00 registration charge will be
refunded.
