On Saturday, May 14, Darryl Marks and Jason Evans landed the Big One, a 39 -inch, 16 -pound pike which was caught in the Maitland River. Congratulatinns, boys! Mrs. Olive Bolt and Mr. and Mrs. Danny McBurney, Jason and Adam were supper guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Winter of Formosa. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Grasby and Mrs. Laura Johnston spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. George Johnston, Tara and Erin of Ilderton. They also visited with Mr, and Mrs. Cecil Armstrong of Thorndale.
