ANIMAL CONTROL BY-LAW requires dogs to be brought for licensing and photo. A lifetime animal licence will be issued at a cost of $20 for canines 6 months and over. The by-law regulating animal control carries a fine of $50 for failure to licence. Anyone obtaining a dog has one month to ob- tain a license. • The fine schedule for dogs running at large in the Town of Wingham is $25 for a first offence and $50 for each subsequent offence. If the dog is impounded there will be an additional pound, fee. Roibt. F. DEATHS BENDER—Passed away at Wingham and District Hospital on Monday, May 6, Mrs. LeRoy Bender, formerly of the Belmore area and Wingham, in her 85th year. The former Norma Mae Foxton, she was predeceased by her husband in 1972. She was the dear mother pf Mrs. Garth (Patricia) Postill, RR 3, Clinton; grand- mother of Travis, Darrell and Allison. She was predeceased by three sisters and eight brothers. Friends may call at The McBurney Funeral Home tonight (Wednesday). Complete funeral and committal service will be held Thursday at 3:30, conducted by Rev. J. Rea Grant. Interment ' will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
