1 Only 3 from each class to be sent.
2 All art work must have on the back: name of pupil, grade, school, teacher's
name, and name of topic.
3 Art work only must be mounted.
4 PLEASE NOTE: All work to be handed in by Wednesday, May 29, 1985 to
the arena by 5 p.m. and trust be picked up at the Fair between 5 and 7 p.m.
Saturday evening and 10 a.m. Sunday morning. The Fair Board is not
responsible for articles not picked up by said time.
5 No entry tags will be given to the Elementary Schools. Entry tags will be
filled in by the committee for prize winners only.
6. Identify pupils' exhibits by. having the following information on the back,
button right-handed' corner of all art, writing, printing, arid creative
writing or inside on back voer of notebooks. Class, Grade, Name of pupil,

7 Put information of craft articles on a piece of manilla tag or similar light-
weight cardboard folded so information is hidden, and fasten securely to
exhibit.
IV I 8 This year a special cash award of $15.00 will be made by Gladys VanEg-
mond to the school with the highest number of points in the Elementary.
