1 Any recipe for foodstuffs May be used, provided that the recipe dates from
before 1900, -and it is from a Canadian sources may include:
(A) Recipes published in Canadian cookbooks, household manuals,
newspapers, periodicals, almanacs or any other published source.
(B) Unpublished recipes, for example, old family recipes that were in use
before 1900. Please indicate where, when, and by whom they were used.
2 A copy of the original recipe and notation about its source and history must
be attached to the entry. Any other covering notes about the recipe or pro-
duct may also be attached.
3 A modern equivalent of the original recipe inust be attached to the entry.
