PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE The 1985 Clinton Spring Fair is a lot different from the first Fair that the Huron Central Agricultural Society spawned in 1854. It has been a challenge for your Agricultural Society. tomeet the changing times and interests of the last 131 years. The fact that we are still here after that length of time is a credit to the Society and the Community at large for their active participation to make, each and every Fair a success. As an Agricultural Society we still have a vital role in the Community presenting agriculture to the public, as well as an oppor- tunity for people to realize where the good foods on their table come from. It also provides an opportunity for young people to see a, horse, a cow, chickens, and sheep. With the increasing specialization in the farming community the op- portunity is often lost for rural young people to see bow other people raise and care for livestock that they do not have on their farms. Come see the, best your Community and your County have to offer in livestock, arts, crafts, home science and entertainment. On behalf of the Directors and Members of the Huron Central Agricultural Society, we wish to thank the Community for its active support and hope to see you at the Fair. Sincerely, Your President Barry J. Cleave RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR LIVESTOCK NO ENTRY - NO MONIES 1 ALL COMPLETED entries to be in to the Secretary's hands by May 20, 1985.
