Once again, Hill Street
Blues has come up the big
winner in the presentation of
Emmy Awards which took
place last week in
Hollywood. The realistic,
emotion -packed police
series, now in its fifth year,
was named best dramatic
series, won awards for two
members of the supporting
cast and also won Emmys
for its behind -the -scenes
workers. The best actor and
best actress awards for a
relationship between a
father and his daughter,
Something About Amelia,
was named the best special.
Sir Laurence Olivier won the
outstanding lead actor in a
special Emmy for his per-
formance as King Lear and
Jape Fonda was named
winner of the corresponding
actress award for her role in
The Dollmaker.
Bob Hope won a special
Emmy Award for his years
