Mr. ,Christian Zwicker, a former,
successful buSiness-man of Crediton,
died at home in London on
Thursday, of last week at the age of
96 years. spite di his advanced
years he had been enjoying fairly
good health until a few weeks ago
and had been seriously ill only a few
days. He was born in Stuttgart,
Germany, and came to Cartada 70
years ago. 1 -le settled jn the County
of Huron and opened a general store
at Crediton which he conducted .suc--
cessfully for a number of years.
During those years he was prominent

A play entitled "An Old Fashion-
ed Mother," will be preSentecl in the -
Town Hall of West McGillivray, on
