mediate Bas-ketball
League as a result of a 99-
88 loss to Port Elgin this
week.
The loss left the local
quintet with a 12-4 record
and a tie for top spot with
Owen Sound. Port Elgin
is in third place with nine
wins and eight losses.
Thursday's gaine in the
northern port proved to
be a wide open scoring
affair. Port Elgin opened
fast and built up a 42-25
lead by half ..time.
