Jean West and Mable MacDonald were the hostesses with Mrs. Gordon Finlayson, president, conducting the meeting and with the lunch comm-ittee--serving Chinese food to help understand the study on China. Recent visitors in London were Lillian Simpson, Dorothy Finlayson and Marion McCharles. - Many from this area attended the Farm Show in Toronto, among them were Lynn Lowry and Ken Elphick. Mr. and Mrs. Oliver McCharles were recent visitors in Mount Forest with Mr. and Mrs. Elmer MacKenzie who sent back greetings to all in this. area. Mr. and Mrs. Bob MacNay recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. This was 'brought to the writer's attention and although we are ate in wishing you the bet'- we hope Bob and Mary will enjoy 1 many more such anniversaries. Their 'daughter was home from -- Australia for the occasion and.. all the family en- joyed a family get- together.
