third period goal and blanked
the Lancers in overtime as

of it grabbing one goal early
in the final period. Goderich
notched an empty net goal
late in the game to take the
bronze home.
Against Port Stanley the
Oldtimers coasted early in
the game figuring they could
grab an easy win. Port
Stanley had been hammered
by St. Thomas 12-1 earlier.
Port Stanley surprised
Goderich opening up a 3-0
first period lead. The Old-
timers fought hack to tie the
game at the end of the second
and added three more in„the
final 20 minutes to advance to
medal competition.
In their games' opener the
Oldtimers slumped in the
second period and blew a 2-0
lead they had built in the first,
Looking for a win Goderich
pumped 22 shots at the St.
Thomas net in the final
period, over half of them
excellent scoring chances,
but couldn't net -the winner.
St. Thomas got the winner on
a deflected shot with just over
two minutes left in the game.

Ingersoll for the gold medal
but lost and settled for the
silver.
