Judy Sproul cooled a 226 with
George Swan 196 sparing for
the first time. Bev Orr also-='
singled 196 although they are
still stumbling, maybe next
week they will gain seven.
Glen Lamb's Jubilee Six
and Debbie Ginn's Rolling
Pins split up the points. Glen
singled 263, 235 and a cool 675
triple after such bad luck in
the past two nights,
something had to happen.
Ron Bushell singled 198. They
are on the move now. Rose
Rising rolled a 219 for the
Rolling Pins and Jon Ginn
had a good 251 single, just
enough to gain the extra point
for pin total. Bob Rising
bowled 14188 and won the first
game victory by two points,
just enough rolling in the
right spot maybe the two pin
was luck.
Something else happened
with the Cornish Hens and the
Pin Busters. Cornish Hens
grabbed all seven points but
both teams nut forth excellent
bowling. Bob Cornish, cap-
tain, ledt his teammates to
victory.with a 702 triple and
asingled 207, 216, 279. , Lyall
Mabon graciously bowled 220,
222, 193 for a 635 triple. Grant
Curran came in with a 212
single to round off the last
game. The Hens just knocked
Pin Busters from third tie
spot to sixth place and they
took over second place. John
Bissett's Pin Busters busted
pins but against the Hens it
was tough. John singled a 200,
Mary Bissett tried harder
with 202, 242 singles. Bob
Sharpe pinned down 213, 219
singles. Then again Bill
Brindley ted the Pin
Busters witla 236 single but
even that -w'as fruitless
against the Cornish Hens.
They sure were out to get us
from busting any pin record.

the standings with a seven
point sweep Over the B.D.'s to
boost their season point total
to 37. The loss left the B.D.'s
in third spot with 36 points.
Carson. Milley led the
French seven -point rally with
a 315 single and 728 triple.
Bruce Sillib and Don John-
ston topped the F.D. bowlers
with paltry 198 single and
Sillib claimed high triple
honors with a 560.
The Hopefuls eliminated
any visions that the Recalls
were entertaining about first
place as they hammered
them for seven points. The
win improved the Hopeful
season point total to 35 while
the Recalls were left stranded
in second place with 37 points.
Gene Ryan fashioned a 268
single for the Hopefuls and
Joe Stokes chipped in with a
739 triple. Charlie Williams
was the top Recall bowler
with a 261 single and 711
triple.

points were divided between
them and the Swingers. Torn;

Bob Cornish of the Cornish
Hens. Nancy Willis! almost
caught up to Tom with a
single of 250. Cathy Wiebe
singled 198 and helped her
team retain the top place
league standing. The
Swingers tried to swing more
than two points with George
Robinson bowling to retain
his average with a great
triple of 655 and singles of 209,
225, 221. Flo singled 188.
Sylvia Johnston had swinging
with the 170's, retaining
singles of 172, 174, 175.
However, with these two
points they still remain tied
for third place. A tight race is
still going between six teams
