Sitting watching traffic on a
lazy dreary Sunday af-
ternoon, made me wonder if
some people who drive cars
and trucks have special
privileges or licenses, that
allow them not to stop •at a
stop sign or let them pass
every car in sight.
Seems as though one out of
every three or four cars do
stop at the stop sign, and
about one in eight or nine
drive at the 50 m.p.h. rate, or
so it seemed as I watched the
flow of traffic on Sunday last.
