Goderich led by seven points at the half- way mark, 21-14. Tracy Jewell came back with a strong performance, hooping 13 points for GDCI. Heidi Elliott hit for eight. Sonja Lapaine and Bonnie Reid each had six points and Jenny More added four. Marg Conlon, Shannon MacLaren and Autumn Deathe all put two points on the board for GDCI. The Vikings produced a strong team effpl-t against Norwell, showing a well- balanced offence and a good measure of hustle on defence. The junior Viking girls now have a record of four wins and one loss in league play. Tuesday, they played in St. Marys and today (Thursday) they play here against Seaforth.
