Hoy got the final run of the
game when she singled,
moved down on a sacrifice by
Doug Smith and scored on
Fisher's single. Langlois
gave up nine hits and fanned
dight for the win,
Langlois fired a three hitter
striking out five for the final
win of the set. Two of the hits
came in the second when
Jack MacKinnon doubled to
start the inning for the
Builders and scored when
Hoy delivered a two out
single,
The Rustproofers notched
three in the first inning. Love

Ziebart had a field day at
the plate in the first game of

smacking 10 hits off Doug
Fisher and collecting six runs

trouble when Fisher was

The Builders jumped to a
one run lead in the third when
Fisher singled with two out
and Jim Bell lifted a triple to
score him. Simon Langlois
made it one aside in the fifth
when he doubled and scored
on a Builder error. Gerry
Durst and 'Fisher each
hammered doubles in the top
of the fifth to boost the
Builders back in front but the
bottom of the inning broke the
game open for Ziebart.
