Fyr th e of you who
missed the films last week,
probably due to the
festivities, you missed •an
excellent two - part film on
building a good swing. It gave
some very good tips and used
some simple devices for
building a good swing. It also
stressed a great deal of
practice and as everyone
knows, the more time spent
out on the course, the better
you are going to be. If you feel
as if you have neglected your
game the last two weeks, now
is the time to get back into it.
The film was shown on both
Men's and Ladies' nightast
week. For Ladies' night
tonight there will be a guest
who will be showing films on
Greece. This will be followed
by coffee and dessert. Plan to
attend. It will be a good
evening.'
For last week's Ladies'
Night, low gross for first
flight was Evelyn Evers and
low'net was Gerry Mountford.

; -
The Goderich Bantams lost
their second game of the
WOAA baseball schedule
here last Wednesday when
they dropped a 14 - 8 decision
to Kincardine. The loss leaves
the local team with a 7 - 2 won
- lost record and still in first
place in the standings.
However, the International
Truck Centre team looked
like anything but a first' place
team against Kincardine as
they committed eleven errors
behind pitchers Larry Madge
and .Mike Hodges and
managed only five hits off the
winning pitcher Rob
Davidson. Davidson aided his
own cause with three hits.
Rob McDonald had two hits
for the truckers. Brian
Shewfelt, Dave Moore and
Larry Madge had one hit each
for the Goderich te'am.
• Wednesday, the Truckers
travelled to Crediton for their
first meeting with the
Stephen Township team. An
earlier game, scheduled here
between the two teams was
rained out.
