series to tie the finals up at a
win, a loss and a draw a
piece. In the fourth game
Brian played flawlessly with
and„Qpeiving, tight defence
and a strong attack. Brian, in
winning Level 2 is a perfect
example of what hard work
and study can do.
In Level 3 Finals Bob
Fitzjames has emerged as a
tough competitor when the
pressure is on. Bob tied the
third game of this series and
went on to win the fourth
taking the third level
championship. Bob did it the
hard way Posing the first
game of the quarter -finals,
semi-finals and finals but in
all three cases bounced back
to win.
In . Level 4, experience
payed off as Barry Page
came back after losing his
first game against Larry
Gower to win the next two to

pionship. Larry Gower
played well in all his games
but found the competition just.
a little too strong. We'll be
looking for some real tough
competition from Larry,next
year. Larry is strong enough
to become a solid third level
contender.
Next week, 'the club will
have it's fifth annual banquet
where the trophies will be
