He said reports that the Ontario Milk ;Marketing Board was resisting a levy on fluid milk "just dors not seem ,justified nor fair -Fluid producers need the indush fol market, not only to. take alto of their • till rplus production but also as a market for the skimmed -off cream to make two percent milk which finds its way for butter manufacturing, This has: he'cn increasing at uhout three (Itlatl'tcrs of one percent per year, and displaces the equivalent of approximately, 111 million cwt, of industrial milk" Mr. ° Sanford said the current' situation only again point' up the need for "'one pool" marketing of milk, In Manitoba where complete pooling of both industrial and fluid, milk dols not put any extra' hu rden on producers. He said the National harmers union policy has .1 I wayS been for one pool marketing. In 1968 the OMM13 established a program known t graduated entry, to enable industrial producers to gradually phase-in part of their production into the fluid market, but since that time. .ANNUAL MEETING BANQUET AND DANCE HURON `MIDDLESEX PROGRESSIVE CONSERVATIVE ASSOCIATION" (PROVINCIAL) RIDING.
