project is still to go ahead as

"We ran into horrendous
problems but there isno way'

project," said Mr. Hill ..on
behalf of Huron
Management, developers of
the apartments.
Mr. Hill said his client •

zone and a 1.2 acre com-
munity park in the midst of
the four buildings.
The „problems encountered
by the developer are the same
as they were when they
sought planning board ap-
- proval in principle in June of
1976. At that time . Huron
Management outlined their
proposal to, planning board
looking forsome type of
approval before they took on
the expense of working out
the logistics of' the develop-
ment. Mr. Hill told the board
then that his client didn't
want to spend the money to
work out water supply, storm
and sanitary sewer and ac-
cess problems if the board
was not at all interested in
seeing this type of project . y

moped drivers were killed
