bursaries throughout :the
province last year.
Another cheque for $10,000
was :given to the R.C. L. to
Swell the funds of the Service
Bureau. The 'yam 1976.is the
5bth anniversary of the Royal
Canadian Legion and a
cheque for $500 is to be given
to the Legion when they come
up with a suitable suggestion ,,
for -I' gift in"commemoration
of this event.

citizens of Goderich held their
last meeting of September in
MacKay Hall on September
15. There were 40 present and
500 and euchre were played.

Fowler; high man, Harold
Stanbury. Mrs. Snell won the
door prize,.
Lunch was served by the
lunch committee. •
The next" meeting will be
October 6 in MacKay Hall at 8
o'clock. This ` will be a
btlsiness meeting. • '
On Thursday, October 14 a
Fall Rally will be held 'in
Saitford Valley Hall. This is"
Zone 8com`prising 11 Senior
Citizens; Clubs of the
surrounding.com munity.
