they weren't long outdated by

process. • • -.
Mr. Knox said that the OHC
units operate' ideally under.a

a waiting Iist will always be
kept. -He said that tenants will
be checked yearly Or their

to ensure that, the housing

"If the paramount concern is
to get the thing up then get it
up.
The committee told_the OH-
C representative 'that' the
advertising period of the
survey. could be eliminated
because the. Committee had
already made the .seniors
awareof the pending project
through the media.. They felt
'that both the townships and
the town had . been made
aware and requested that the
OHC survey be done on the
forms already received. '
They added that the survey
shotad be .done on all forms
indicating an interest in the
project that are received by
the end ofSeptember and that
any received after that time
_._b l{ifed. , - .
"That doesn't mean that
.'someone can't. apply. for
housing after September 30,
said chairman Dan Wheeler:-

date..,,
C,O'RE AREA BEST
The two parties also'agreed
.that. the core area of Goderich
• wad the .only site that could be
` . considered for the .units. They
established that the housing
must be near shopping areas,
hospitals, doctors'. offices,.
churches-- and 'recreation

"If the people are going to
