CARROT CAKE
11/2 cups salad oil - 1 tsp cinnamon
2. cups sugar 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp. baking
powder
t/z tsp 'baking
sada
4 eggs
2 cups flour •, _
Beat together oil and sugar. Add eggs
one at a time, beating until creamy.
Beat in sifted .dry ingredients. Fold
in grated carrots .and vanilla.: Pour
into. greased. 9x13x2 pan. -Bake at
350°F 40-50 minutes: When cool ice
with the following;
1' pkg (4 -oz) cream cheese, softened
1/a cup butter. 1 Cup icing sugar
t/s tsp vanilla
Beat •cream :cheese .and butter until
fluffy. Beat in icing sugar and vanilla
