The robins are sill.here!
The...,®:bans are Still here!
Thirteen -year-old . Martha Straughan' of Goderich
sighted a pair of robin'red breasts' on March 22 •. Spring•
is definitely in the offing, according to"Martha. Martha;'
a Grade 8 student, said, "Therobins were' just fluttering
around on the lawn and up in the tree.'.' ,
• Mrs. Noreen Straughan said, "The birds come every
year about the seine .tiine. They always have a nest in
the trees bythe house." •
March has. simply got 'to leave the scene like alamb,
considering what it did to local residents on March 2:
Perhaps the Straughan robins area harbringer of that
happy event..... and proof that, the ones seen earlier this '
year may still around..
