is made for Council to pass By -
Laws -concerning liquid'

THEREFORE, pursuant to
Sec.- 354, Pata. 12,4, of the
Municipal Att, 41972, the
Fanned of the Township, of
Colborne enacts as . follows:
1. Any liquid manure storage .
pit or tank, the top of which is
less than ten feet above grade,
must have a suitable solid
covering.
2. No runoff or seepage from •
any liquid manure storage is
to enter any municipal
drain or waterway.
3. All liqpid manure 'storage
facilities .are to be—properly
and efficiently maintained.
