Mr. Chas. Ford, of the Hamilton Herald staff, visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Ford, over the 24th. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Verity, of .Brantford, visited the latter's mother Mrs. Richard Pickard, over the holi- day. Mrs. J. Davis on the 24th. Mrs. John Snell returned home Saturday evening after spending the winter with her daughter, Mrs. G. H. McDonald, of DesMoines, Iowa. Mr. and Mrs. Luther Braund, of Brantford, visited the former's par- ents in town over the 24th. Mr. D. Braund is at present under the doc- tor's care.
