Curling season opens with a bang

seems more conducive to golf than curling,
the curling season opened with a bang this
past week.
More than one hundred members have

Plumbers.
Tuesday the ladies squareoff, and the
early winners were Vicki Culbert who

13-6. At present the ladies have five teams.

teams in the competition. Four new teams
have joined the fray, and with names like
the "Ruthless Rookies", the "Sheppardton

"Dixies Flower Power", they are sure to
leave their mark as they meet the old
established teams in this highly com-
