The album was prepared as a musical tribute to those who served and those who died in World Wars I and II as well as in Korea and includes the favorite songs from both World Wars. A special musical arrangement of each song was written for the choir by two professional musicians. Ed Stiles, of Goderich, did the piano arrangements. • The title song is an original song written and performed by Theresa Dufty of Goderich, who conceived the idea for the song following the death of her father in . Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto. The album also includes a prize-winning poem, written in 1978 by then GDCI stu- dent Donna Freeman.
