A half -million dollar plaza is planned on
the former site of Fisher Auto Glass,
which recently re -located to the Goderich
Industrial Park. The plaza is owned by
Plaza One Development Corporation, a
joint venture of Manton Developments
and First Federal Corp., London, who
purchased the site from Jeffrey Fisher.
The 10,000 square foot plaza will contain
confirmed tenants Becker's, New
Orleans Piza, Donut Delite, First Choice
Hairdressers and a dry cleaner.
Developer John Knifton, said there, is
still another 3,000 square feet of space
left to lease. Currently, the existing
building is under demolition and Knifton
said construction is expected to start
Aug. 1 and take eight to 10 weeks. ( photos

headwater areas and swamps.
