Visiting with Rhetta and Marion MacI;ennan for a few days was Florence and pirley MacLennan of Kitchener. Visiting with Dorothy MacLennan over the weekend was Peggy Hefferman and Christine McFayden of London. Cecil and Jim Webster of Waterloo spent the weekend at home with their mother and on Satlarday they , travelled to Goderich to see Mrs. Norma Young. Later that evening they had a chance to visit with neighbors Charles and Mayme Wilkins. Elizabeth Wilkins of Mount Forest was at home on the weekend to see her parents Charles and Mayme. Ewen and Marg McLeans hac(,,Mrs. Ross Calvert of Sarnia visit with them recently. On Thursday Kae Webster hada chance for a chat with Georgia Mitchell of Kincar- dine and visiting for a few days with Baryy and Betty Jones was Barry's sister and brother-in-law Jim and Lenore McGill of Thorndale. Weekend 'visitors with Finlay and Margie MacDonald were Kathie Robson and her son Ryan of Gros Point, Michigan and also Margie's -sister Jane McKinnon and her friend of Paris. Dorothy MacLennan had her daughter and sister with her for the weekend, Peggy Heffernan and Kathie Sutherland of London. Louise Millar of Palmerston was home for a couple of days with her mother. and sister Rhetta and Marian MacLennan. Mr. and Mrs. Art Mathewman attended a Garden Party in London on Wednesday at Woolsley Barracks. The community was both shocked and saddened Thursday when word was received on the passing away of Edna, Mrs. Mac Boyd. She will be greatly miss- ed by all those that had the privilege to know her. She is survived by her husband, Mac, two daughters Mary (Mrs. Ernie Gibson) of Point Clarke, Gail (Mrs. Lynn Lowry) of Amberly and one son• Glen and his wife Ann of Huron Township. Several grand- children and great-grandchildren also survive. Recent visitors with Elmer and Edna Culbert were two of Elmer's sisters Peggy McIntosh of Northville, Michigan and Velma Ashton of Plymouth, Michigan. Cindy MacLennan of Goderich, daughter of Beth and the late Eldon MacLennan, visited on the weekend . with her grand- mother and aunt Rhetta and Marion MacLennan. - Jim and Cecil Webster of Waterloo visited on the weekend with their mother Kae Webster. On Sunday afternoon, Kae, Jim and Cecil visited with Norma Young in Goderich. On Sunday, Barry, Betty and Sharlene Jones went to Thorndale to attend a family shower and visited with many of their relatives and had a supper with Barry's brother and sister-in-law , Doug and Mary Jones and sons.
