dying the various Christmas customs
celebrated around the world. They have
also made paper mache pinatas much like
those which Mexican ' children make at
Christmas.
Mrs. Worsell's Grade 5 class has been
working on Christmas activity centres. On
Thursday, they had pizza for linch. Thanks
to the mothers who sent treats for desserts.
l 1rs. Ottewell's Grade 3 class is buzzing
with Christmas centres and activities. One
especially interesting activity was an inter-
view with our Grade 6 reading buddies on
Santa Claus and Christmas. A favorite
question was "What Would You Do If Santa
Got Stuck In Your Chimney?"
Miss Mather's Grade 1 class has been do-
ing lots and lots of Christmas activities. We
made a special holiday centrepiece using
ice cream cones. We are certainly looking
forward to our holidays and our special
visitor on the 25th.
In closing we have a Christmas thought
for you:
