(photo by Andy Bader) Colborne students enjoy movie and skating By ALISON CLARK The last week of this term has been terrific. Each morning from 9-9:30 all of the classes have gathered in the gyn to sing Christmas Carols. As the songs were sung the children placed gifts under our Christmas tree to be shared with needy Col- borne families in order to make their Christmas better. On Friday, the Student Council piesented these gifts to the Salvation Army for distribution. We would like to thank all of the Colborne families who sent gifts to the school. Last Friday, the Senior Choir went to Blyth to see "A Prairie Boys Winter." On Wednesday the choir went to Maitland Manor Nursing Home in Goderich and entertained the residents. We all experienc- ed the true meaning of Christmas. On Thursday, the staff treated the entire school to a movie at the Park Theatre in Goderich. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed "The Flight of the Navigator" The popcorn was also a real hit. On Friday, the Instrumental Music Group from Robertson came and shared some Christmas songs with our school.
