One of the most interesting performances of the Colborne Central
Public School's Christmas Concert was the rendition of the holidayo
favorite 'The Twelve Days of Christmas', performed
the
students in Grade 7, 8. The theme, instead of the common and tradi-
tional version, centered on computers and the two elves (right)

On December 9, the Dungannon UCW

Mr. Roberts opened the luncheon with

A film entitled "Granny's Quilts" was
very much enjoyed. The story was about
an old lady who spent her time making
many quilts. The one scarp quilt which
was shown gave us a good understanding
how to make them. It filled many lonely
hours for her- and kept her happy and
occupied.
Karen Roberts capably conducted the
program. She efcplained the Christmas
Wreath which was decorated with the sym-
bols of Christmas. In conclusion, she read
from John 10: 1-10.
Collection was taken and along with the
penny boxes it will be donated to Family
and Children's Services.
Thanks was given to the Willing Workers
for decorating the church so beautifully for
the Christmas season. A Christmas Carol
sing song with %toberta LinskiIi as pianist
followed. Sally Wright thanked the UCW
for their invitation.
