(Reeve J.W. Taylor has given the
town fairly good service and 'iw ,rom-

council board, has given much' of his
time in the interests of Exeter. But
'the present reeve has had the honor
for several years and if the town is
to encourage young and able business
men to shoulder the responsibility of
municipal government they must in
turn honor them with promotion when
promotion is due,
