Robert with a B.A.S. in Civil Engineering.
Rob and his wife Lori live in Waterloo. Rob
is returning to study for his Masters of Ap-
plied Science Engineering Management,
specializing in Operations Research at the
U. of W.
Don and Dorothy Squire are pleased to an-
nounce the graduation of their daughter,
Debbie from the University of Windsor, with
a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Debbie
has accepted a position at University
Hospital, London.
Tracey MacEwan, a graduate of the five
year program at GDCI and an honors
graduate of the University of Western On-
tario's Physical Education program, has
graduated from the Faculty of Education, of
Nipissing University College, affiliated with
Laurentian University.
RICHARD HOW ARD JOHNS. Richard
Johns of RR4, Seaforth, graduated on June 9,
1986 from the University of Western Ontario
with an Honors Degree m Geography. He is
the son of Stan and June Johns and is running
his own business in Hamilton.
Diane VanOsch, daughter of Peter and B t-
ty VanOsch of Ashfield, graduated with
honours from the Early Childhood Educa-
tion program at Lambton College of Applied
Arts and Technology in Sarnia at the con-
vocation ceremony on June 14, 1986. Diane is
presently employed at the Lambton College
Early Childhood Education Centre.
Rick Alcock, son of Bill and Helene Alcock,
graduated as a Geology Technologist from
Sir Sanford Fleming College in Lindsay in
May.
Colborne choir will perform
Colborne Sesquicentennial celebrations
are only a month away and many Colborne
citizens are making special plans.
Colborne Sesquicentennial choir of about
40 voices, under the capable leadership of
Irene Millian, pianist and Shirley Dustow,
director, have and will be performing at
various Sunday Church services. They have
sung at Auburn, will be at the Nile Church
aunday, June 29 at 11:15 a.m. service and at
the Benmiller United Church Sunday, July 6
at 11:15 a.m.
They, along with other entertaining
groups, will be a special attraction at the
beef barbecue on Saturday, July 19 from 5 to
7 p.m. at Colborne Central School. And don't
forget the pancake and sausage breakfast
on Sunday, July 20 from 9-11 a.m. at Col-
borne Central School and the church service
at tile. school at 2.p.m, when Colborne men
who have entered the ministry will par-
ticipate in the service along with the Ses-
quicentennial Choir.
Time marches on and we are reminded to

Mr. and Mrs. Eric Reaburn had family
and friends gathered recently at their home
when their daughter Janice and husband
Raynar and daughter Amanda were home
on leave from Hong Kong. Their sons Earl
from Escuminac, Que. and Steve and family

Sincere sympathy to the family of the late
Ted Horton who passed away suddenly last
week. Ted was a Colborne boy, son of Mrs.
James Horton and the late James Horton
and moved to Goderich in later years.

available under the Non -Profit Housing •
Program for the construction of rental
apartments and townhouses across
the province.
The (government. of Canada and
the Province of Ontario will be cost-
sharing assistance directed to needy
households. Market units will he fully
funded by the Province of Ontario.
The program is open to all
►nunicipal.non-profit, private non-
profit and non-profit co-operative
organizations.
Local community organizations—
including religious, ethnic and labour
groups as well as service and social
service clubs—may wish to sponsor
non-profit housing projects in their
communities. Government grants are
available to rover the costs qf establish-
ing non-prgfil housing corporations.

affordable housing.
This program helps non-profit housing
agencies to create affordable housing
for households in need of housing
assistance—he they families, senior
citizens, physically, developmentally
and psychiatrically handicapped
persons, or those in need of on-going
support care. To a limited extent, the
program may be used to develop pro-
jects for low-income singles.,
