The program will be introduced in November with ten seminars on crime prevention being held from the 4th to the 10th throughout the Province of Ontario. As each day passes we are seeing more groups of dedicated and concerned citizens joining together to start excellent programs such as Neighbourhood Watch, Block Parents, Anti -Drug and Drinking Pro- grams. These programs, combined with the efforts of the local police, are the answer to maintaining our towns and cities as safe and pleasant places in which to live.
