The Goderich Kinsmen and Kinettes, who are organizing the , event again, .are hoping for even more riders- and money this year. They are also encouraging family participation. Any child under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Rest centres will be set up at the Kinsmen Centre and Judith Gooderham Park. Pop and cookies will be provided at the end of the ride. Mayor .Harry Worsell and Elsa Haydon were on hand for the presentation of the chain of office and the fitting of the ceremonial top hat. Jeanotte was also presented with gifts. The Agawa Canyon arrived at 10.45 a.m. the '•1•11vitonday from Sarnia and was loaded with 18,000 tons of salt from the.Domtar Sifto-Salt Mine before heading for Thunder Bay Monday evening.
