RULES AND REGULATIONS
1 Only3 from each class to be sent.
2 All rt work must have on the back: name of pupil, grade, school, teacher's
name, and name of topic.
3 Art work only must be mounted.
4 PLEASE NOTE: All work to be handed in by Wednesday, May 29, 1985 to
the arena by 5 p.m. and must be picked up at the Fair between 5 and 7 p.m.
Saturday evening and 10 a.m. Sunday morning. The Fair Board is not
responsible for articles not picked up by said time.
5 No entry tags will be given to the Elementary Schools. Entry tags will be
filled in by the committee for prize winners only.
6 Identify pupils' exhibits by having the following information on the back,
button right-handed corner of all art, writing, printing, and creative
writing or inside on back voer of notebooks. Class, Grade, Name of pupil,
School.
7 Put information of craft articles on a piece of manilla tag or similar light-
weight cardboard folded so information is hidden, and fasten securely to
exhibit.
8 This year a special cash award of $15.00 will be made by Gladys VanEg-
mond to the school with the highest number of points in the Elementary
Section.
